Went over possible improvements that could come up and any possible issues that could arise in the future. Upon falling in love with the property she had a plan to streamline the process, hooking me up with a lender and getting an offer the next day! I had a lot of work to do on my end with selling my former property and she was extremely patient and helpful with unforeseen delays that came up.
